How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a printed copy of the original email receipt.
4. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charge that you paid on the order, but will make no further shipping charge to send a replacement to you.

Orders placed via Pay Pal will be charged to your account when you place an order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your account will be refunded.
Credit/Debit Cards
Your account will be charged prior to dispatch, once we have established that your order can be fulfilled. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your account will be refunded.
Turnaround
We aim to ship orders within 48 hours subject to availability. If this is not achievable, we undertake to contact you to check whether the proposed shipping date is acceptable.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will notify you accordingly. Orders sent by royal mail will not have tracking numbers unless sent via special delivery at additional cost to the customer.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is calculated within the site software. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
If this results in an amount that you consider unreasonable please contact us to check the amount.

If any part of your order cannot be fulfilled we endeavour to contact you to clarify your requirements.

- An administrative charge of 3% or £5.00 (whichever is the higher) will be charged on all returned goods for refund(s) other than faulty goods.
